From Olive Green to Go Green
Arrays Ingenieria is an Udyam-registered MSME founded and led by veterans of the Indian Armed Forces. Building India's solar plants is our second innings of national service.
A veteran-led MSME, building India's solar plants
Arrays Ingenieria was founded in 2018 by Lieutenant General Ashish Ranjan Prasad (Retd), former Signal Officer-in-Chief of the Indian Army, after nearly four decades of military service. He set it up to give fellow veterans a second innings: a new mission, respectable work and a way to keep serving the nation.
The press describes us the same way. Hub Network calls the company "an Ex-Servicemen-led MSME"; The Sentinel writes of "a disciplined, mission-driven transition from OG (Olive Green-the military uniform) to GG (Go Green-renewable energy)".
Under our organisational motto "Olive Green to Go Green", we bring military-grade discipline and engineering precision to deploying critical clean-energy infrastructure. For our team of veterans, working in renewable energy is a "second innings of national service", contributing directly to sustainable nation-building, and to India's Panchamrit climate commitments.
Today we build solar plants across India: installation & commissioning, full EPC and all civil works, on the CAPEX model, for clients from Tata Power and Jay Shree Tea to Goodricke and Sustvest.
How Veterans Run a Solar Site
The habits of service life, applied to every plant we build.
Every site runs to a written programme, reviewed daily, the way an operation is run.
A zero-compromise safety culture, certified to ISO 45001:2018.
Scope, drawings and progress are documented and shared; no surprises at handover.
Commissioning dates are treated as objectives, not estimates.
One accountable leader for your project, with direct access to the company's leadership.
Civil, mechanical and electrical crews coordinated as one unit on site.
